Creating / Starting a New Project

Folder structure per project​

The Manager creates a new folder in the Advisory Proposals and Projects sharefolder. Each project contains the following subfolders:

1. Received from Clients​

The files we receive from clients.

  • There's an input template that we send them, which they return to us filled in.
  • They may have also sent extra files via email, messages, or other means — those go here too.
