Filling it in
You fill in the percentRESCapacityRemaining column with the data from
the "RES degradation (%)" column in the input template.
Extending the years
You want to add extra years to the data — same technique as
degradation: in column B, FORECAST.LINEAR formula
taking the last 7 values.
